Li Cossi

This is the closest beach to the house. You can reach it by walking from the house for around forty minutes, or by taking the car and parking near the Costa Paradiso hotel and walking the last 700 meters.
The access path from the car park to the beach is already a magnificent journey up to the promontory overlooking the beach, where you can appreciate the exceptional beauty of the site.
Great for bathing thanks to the low seabed, on windy days the beach becomes the perfect destination for water sports lovers. Annual international events and competitions take place there.
Spiaggia Li Ferruli

The beach is in practice the continuation of the beach of Li Junchi, and covers a length of about 8 kilometers, is very wide and extensive, and is composed of cream-colored, light-colored, medium-grain sand, while the sea is Caribbean and it has an iridescent color between the emerald green and the intense blue, with a sandy bottom of medium depth, often with a step that is formed before reaching the water, so not always suitable for small children or inexperienced swimmers.
The Li Feruli beach is very recommended for the low turnout, and is perfect for guests looking for a holiday of relaxation and tranquility ; it is advisable to stay late in the afternoon to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Presence of beautiful shells and posidonias both beached and at sea. The waters are often moved because of the strong mistral wind that blows, and this makes this area attractive for sports lovers like windsurfing, surfing and kitesurfing.
The Beach of Portobello

Portobello’s beach on the north-west coast of Sardinia is something truly special: red, grainy sand is framed by rugged, rocky reefs and crystal-clear water. Not far from here, the endless dream beaches of Cala Vignola stretch 25 kilometres all the way to Capo Testa. The rugged beauty of this area of the coast captivates with its serenity and the unbridled power of nature. The many rocky reefs are ideal for snorkelling and diving, making this place the perfect starting point for diving trips. Even dolphins pop up along the gorgeous coastal strip above Costa Paradiso.
Stintino

The most famous beach of Stintino is located on the north-western tip of Sardinia after Porto Torres an hour and a half from Costa Paradiso. La Pelosa has water with colors ranging from azure to turquoise, a dazzling expanse of fine white beach and dunes dotted with Mediterranean scrub.
But don’t stop there, the surrounding area has even more hidden corners that are just as beautiful and less crowded.
Asinara National Park

The island of Asinara and a surrounding stretch of sea is one of Sardinia’s most beautiful national parks, along with the Maddalena archipelago. Located in the north of the island, the Asinara National Park features a landscape of high cliffs in the north and beautiful ‘calas’ or coves in the south, and vegetation typical of Mediterranean maquis. Its ecosystem is very well preserved thanks to the absence of human presence since the 17th century.
Its rich flora includes 29 endemic species out of its 678 species, and in the marine environment, which is rocky on the southern side and sandy on the western side, there are two rare species of algae (red algae and the giant araped). And the fauna is just as rich: 80 wild species of vertebrates: the horse, the wild boar, the mouflon, the albino donkey, and rare birds such as the peregrine falcon, the Corsican gull, etc.
La Madalena

An archipelago of small islands fills the Sardinian sea with overwhelming beauty
Located in northeastern Sardinia, the archipelago of La Maddalena is a dreamy place to visit. Made up of a whopping 62 islands (most of them truly tiny), and officially titled the National Park of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, this protected paradise is home to some stunning slices of nature.
From adventurous hikes that cut to the coast to white-sand beaches, these islands are lined with turquoise seas and rugged rocks, making it a place that’s as good for finding a secluded spot to sunbathe as it is for scuba diving.
Couple this with historical credentials, such as the islands’ connection to Giuseppe Garibaldi and a number of centuries-old fortifications, and La Maddalena is a comprehensive destination for anyone looking for somewhere blissful to while away summer days.
Marinedda Beach

The magnificent Marinedda Bay can be reached on foot leaving from Isola Rossa Spanish tower. It takes 15 minutes through a natural path. Low dunes, cliffs and the emerald sea surround this large sandy beach.
Great for bathing thanks to the low seabed, on windy days the beach becomes the perfect destination for water sports lovers. Annual international events and competitions take place there.

The horizon as
the only boundary
Originally designed by architect Alberto Ponis, the villa was born from a dream suspended between sea and stone — conceived to embrace nature and frame the most stunning views like living paintings. Left unfinished for years due to a neighborhood dispute, it was reborn in the hands of its new owners, driven by a vision of light and transparency.
Today, its clean lines, cross-ventilated openings, and horizon-facing spirit tell a story of perseverance and harmony. A home envisioned as a bridge between land and sea.

Towels
When you arrive at the villa, you’ll find a set of sheets, bath towels, and pool towels provided for all guests. Towels will be changed weekly, with daily changes available upon request.

Cleaning
